An acrostic is a word, phrase, or sentence formed vertically from the first letters of other words, phrases, or sentences written horizontally.
Unlike anagrams, the letters of acrostics remain in order - and thus create acronyms.
The simplest way to create an acronym (or acroname) is to first start with an acrostic - by writing the letters of the word(s) or phrase vertically and then writing new words or sentences horizontally starting with each of the original letters. Acrostics are often used as mnemonics - memory aids to help remember ideas or sequences.
Start by writing your name vertically so that each letter is the beginning of a new line. Then choose a word for each letter of your name. Adjectives are often easiest to start - and often most meaningful; but you can use any word(s) you like that seem appropriate.
